Carinthia and the Carinthian Lake Loop: Austria on the sunny side of the Alps

Carinthia boasts a new cycling route - the great Carinthian Lake Loop, stretching a scenic 340 kilometers and nestled between the picturesque lakes of southern Austria. We spent five delightful days riding the new Carinthian Lake Loop, not only soaking up the vibrant atmosphere and stunning landscapes of the Eastern Alps but also reveling in the variety of local attractions that spiced up our summer journey through Carinthia. Following last year's cycling adventure on the Enns route, this proved to be another immensely successful cycling holiday for us in Austria.
